Kids App Qustodio is the companion app to Qustodio Parental Control App. It is designed to be downloaded and used on a child or teen's device.

To get started with Qustodio, follow these steps:

1. Download the Qustodio Parental Control App onto your own device, such as your mobile phone or laptop.
2. Download the Kids App Qustodio onto any of your child's devices that you wish to monitor.
3. By using both apps, you can effectively manage and control your child's daily screen time on connected mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.

The features of Kids App Qustodio include:

• Daily screen time limits that are set by the Parent App.
• Monitoring of website, search, and app usage on the child's device.
• Blocking of websites and categories (such as games, pornography, and gambling) on the child's device.
• Tracking of the child's device location.
• Enabling safe search on the child's device.
• Blocking of unsupported browsers on the child's device.
• Provision of advanced reporting for parents.
• Sending real-time alerts to parents.

Kids App Qustodio for iOS and macOS is protected by a password and cannot be uninstalled from a child's device without parental permission.

Important notes for users:

• During the installation process of Kids App Qustodio for iOS, you will be prompted to install a special MDM profile and accept specific permissions. These are necessary to control internet traffic on the device. You have the ability to remove or disable this profile at any time. Instructions for installation, uninstallation, and configuration can be found on our help page.
• When connected to the internet, a VPN symbol will appear at the top of the screen. The VPN connection can be temporarily disabled when needed through the Family Portal or by logging into the Kids App Qustodio on your child's device.
• Continued use of GPS running in the background for the Family Locator feature may significantly reduce battery life.
